I received the watch in a box with foam in the inside and covered in plastic wrapping, which pleased me as they were taking care it was not damaged in transit. From what I can see right now the watch looks great. It includes a bracelet size adjuster and manual for usage (not pictured). It stated the watch battery should last at least 3 years. My watch fit my wrist without discomfort and I am a big guy (230 lbs 6’0). It does not appear cheap at all, and to the average person they would probably think it was very expensive if they are not a watch enthusiast.

Received the watch opened it up it looks great but it doesn’t work the time changes when you move the watch I put it on with the time set to 1:00 and walk across the room and the time will read and hour different the second hand won’t move at all and if you shake the watch the time changes dramatically

I received this watch just a few days ago and it looks really nice, seems the materials are of quality, and works as it should, however I was unable to put it on as the metal strap is way too long. The tool to remedy it, that I could use was not included in the package as it should have been, and advertised in the listing. I immediately reached out to the manufacturer through their online site, wrote a message, but no reply has been received and I called the posted customer service number which is not in service! So that is my main reason for a low rating. I went ahead and ordered a tool from Amazon ($10) to use to shorten the chain strap. I will update my review once I can start wearing my watch and perhaps hear back from the manufacturer. If you don’t need costumer service, than I recommend this watch!
