Absolutely terrible experience and misleading item. I ordered the Coach Reese Watch for a present in December 2024. I received it 12/23/24. It looks as I expected and worked as it should for 5 weeks. Now, 5 weeks later it is DEAD. Broken watch, dead battery? Who knows. I find it funny that the watch stopped working, one week after the return date. I have wasted hours trying to figure out how to contact someone at Amazon to see if this 5 week old watch is under warranty. No luck… Just total aggravation. Do yourself a favor and purchase items like these from your local shop where someone can address the issue. Buying it online is a major disappointment.
