Not only did my crystal clear Baby-G arrive sooner than expected, but it’s also much cooler looking than expected! I love it! The sheen of the rose copper face set upon a white watch body all encased within clear plastic (with clear plastic straps) is a great aesthetic. My only non-issue is that sometimes in low light the date/time can be difficult to see. BUT, of course there’s a button to illuminate when you’re in the theatre watching a mediocre film, wondering “How much longer?”

This is a pretty watch and has all the features a nurse needs: military time, day, date, seconds. As I don’t normally like to wear watches, I find this to be a decent size and not too bulky.

This is my second Baby-G. The look is great, glossy, and eye-catching. It may a somewhat bulky watch for some women, but since I am tall and comfortable in jewelry that makes a statement, I find it exactly right. It’s comfortable too. My only gripe is that the display is a bit dark to read in a few circumstances, such a when all the light is provided by a strong overhead spotlight. There is an easily accessible backlight button that overcomes this deficit, however. My last Baby-G was very robust in the face of deep water and abuse, so I chose to get another. It is more complicated than must be surely necessary to set the watch, but I like that it displays both a home and travel time. The instruction book is tiny, so I looked up the online PDF. The watch is 1 5/8″ diameter and 1/2″ thick, with the band 3/4″ wide.

Ordered the baby-G as a gift for my daughter. Product images shows that it will come in a tin. It Came in a damaged box without the tin showed in the images. Very poor!

The Casio BG is really a cute watch. A great quality time piece. I love the clear band and soft coloured face. The band has plenty of room for an adult wrist. I wear the clasp on the 7th hole, so there is a lot of room. Pretty dandy time piece. Great price too.
