Hard to read in certain lighting conditions

Love Mudman gw9500! But, not the negative display… it’s very hard to read. I traded it for the positive display MEC1 for stronger construction and great readability. Now it’s my favorite daily watch.
If only negative display had MIP display, it would be perfect. Casio Gshock, listen to your fans!!!

The picture I added is completely unmodified. This is what to expect whenever you are indoors, cloudy day, or any other time you are not in direct sunlight. No where on Amazon does the description warn you or show you an acurate representation of what to expect.
I absolutely hate this watch!
The “Auto light” feature dosent even work most the time. So anytime you want to look at your watch, you have to manually turn on the light.
I’m sure there is a limited use case for this thing, but the need to have an indoor and an outdoor watch is ridiculous.

Watch is great. Really, really wanted solar. However, it will not keep charge or go higher than “M” (medium charge) no matter how long I leave it in the sun, expose it to light, etc. Left in window sill for a week and put it under direct lamp light during the night. Still wouldn’t charge to high. And that’s the entire point of solar–to never worry about charge.
